Tara Cooper

With a passion for people, equity, and social justice, Tara Cooper helps organizations increase awareness and integrate DEI principles and practices into all aspects of their internal and external work. With over 20 years of experience, she works with organizations to build skills, strategies, and overall capacity to advance equity and inclusion at every level of the organization. Adding to her experience in advancing DEI in organizations and businesses, Ms. Cooper holds a master’s degree in intercultural communications and is currently completing her doctorate degree in adult learning and leadership.
