How Compliance advances Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion efforts.

Compliance refers to ensuring that equal opportunity exists in all aspects of employment phases. If an employer does not create an environment in which persons of all races, genders, abilities, and other distinguishing characteristics are respected and feel welcome, this lack of effort will affect the organization’s ability to attract diverse talent, decrease employee retention and could also lead to increased complaints of harassment or discrimination.
